When Did You Start Baking?

I started baking in 2019.

What is your curlinary background?

I have a Baking and Decoration Certificate and two years+ of experience working in a bakery in Oman.

I just started baking at home. What advice can you give me?

Practice, practice, practice, and then attempt some more recipes. To improve your baking skills, find a mentor or join a short baking course.

When did you realize that you wanted to become a chef?

After working in a bakery and spending a significant amount of time in the kitchen, I realised that the kitchen is my happy place. Baking is therapeutic for me.  When I'm bored or feeling low, I grab a whisk and bake!
